For coaches and support professionals

A practical money tool for young people and the professionals beside them

BillMeister helps young people create their own overview, talk more openly about money and take achievable steps — before, during and between support conversations.

The participant stays in control · No professional oversight · No bank connection

Familiar situations in practice

Money questions are rarely just about arithmetic. Uncertainty, avoidance or shame can make it difficult to know where to begin.

The overview is missing

Bills, subscriptions and due dates are scattered, making it difficult to identify the best place to start a conversation.

Money is hard to discuss

A young person knows something needs attention but finds it difficult to explain the situation or ask for support.

Good intentions fade

Daily life takes over after a productive conversation. Small, concrete next steps help maintain momentum.

From preparation to a practical next step

BillMeister gives participants a calm place to reflect, organise information and decide what needs attention. The Money Test can help prepare a conversation; the app helps keep bills and reminders organised.

Professionals do not receive a dashboard and cannot see personal answers or progress. Participants choose what they want to discuss. The tool supports the conversation without taking over the relationship.

How BillMeister can complement support

  1. Beforehand: the participant independently explores what is going well and where questions remain.
  2. During the conversation: the participant decides which insights or situations to discuss.
  3. Afterwards: small actions, bills and reminders remain visible in one calm place.
  4. At the next contact moment: the participant can reflect, bring new questions and choose what to share.

Good to know

Useful to know before you begin

Clear boundaries make collaboration safer for participants and professionals.

Can I view a participant’s account as their coach?

No. There is no coach dashboard or oversight function. Personal information stays with the participant, who decides what to share in a conversation.

Does BillMeister replace professional support?

No. BillMeister provides clarity, explanation and practical support. Appropriate professional help remains essential for debt, urgent money problems or personal advice.

Can organisations try BillMeister?

Yes. We offer paid pilots at a reduced introductory fee. The scope and price reflect the size of the organisation and the agreed programme.

Can professionals contribute to product development?

We would welcome it. BillMeister is new, and we actively invite professionals to share practical experience, needs and ideas with us.

Designed as support, not supervision

The value comes from clear roles and a product that respects the participant’s autonomy.

For professionals

A practical resource to recommend and a shared language for conversations — without access to personal data.

For organisations

Help us build from real practice

We do not want to develop BillMeister at a distance from practice. We welcome conversations with budget coaches, debt advisers, debt-prevention professionals and youth workers who see where young people get stuck.

A pilot is a paid collaboration at a reduced introductory fee. Pricing reflects the organisation’s size and the scope. This allows us to support the pilot properly, keep improving and grow responsibly.

Do you see an opportunity to help young people act earlier?

Tell us what you encounter in practice. We would like to listen and explore whether a pilot would be a good fit.
