What do you need help with?

The quickest route depends on your question.

  • The app behaves unexpectedly

Email support@billmeister.com and include your device, operating system and app version. Do not share financial information that is not needed for your question.

  • A question about your data

To access, correct or delete data, email hello@billmeister.com. Our Privacy statement explains how we handle your request.

  • Something on the website is not working

Tell us which page you were using and what happened. A screenshot without personal data can help.

  • A possible security issue

Use the confidential reporting route on our Security page. Security reports receive priority.

Frequently asked questions about the app

Where can I download the app? BillMeister is available through Google Play. The iOS version is not available yet; the app page shows the current store status.

How much does BillMeister cost? The app page shows the current monthly, annual and lifetime options and any active launch offer before you choose. This website does not process payments.

Do I need to connect my bank? No. BillMeister has no bank connection and does not process payments. You decide which bills to enter.

Can I set recurring bills and reminders? Yes. You choose how often a bill returns and when you would like a reminder.

How do I ask for my data to be deleted? Use the options in your account when available, or email hello@billmeister.com. The current route is also explained in our Privacy statement.

Frequently asked questions about the Money Test

Can I take the Money Test now? Not yet. The current page explains what the test will cover and how outcomes will be built. We will activate the start button only after the test works and has been tested.

Will the Money Test be anonymous? That is the intended default. Before participation, the final start page will explain what is processed, what is kept and which choices you have.

Can my school, employer or coach see my result? Personal answers and results are not shared with them. Any future change to that principle would require a separate, clear choice by the participant.

Is the outcome financial advice? No. The Money Test is intended for self-reflection and general next steps, not personal financial advice or a diagnosis.

When BillMeister is not the right support

If you face urgent money problems, missed payments or debt, contact your municipality, a recognised debt-support provider or another qualified service. BillMeister provides organisation and education, not personal debt assistance.
