The short explanation comes first, followed by the full terms. If the two differ, the full terms take precedence.

Four points you should know before using BillMeister.

We provide information, organisation and general guidance, not personal financial, tax or legal advice.

Use the service as intended
Do not use BillMeister illegally, harm others, bypass safeguards or overload the service.

Features may change. We will give reasonable notice of material changes or discontinuation where possible.
1. Scope
These terms apply to the website, app and other services of BillMeister B.V., Wilhelminapark 45, 3581 NL Utrecht, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 97052868.
By using BillMeister you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What BillMeister is and is not
BillMeister helps make financial obligations visible, organised and manageable and provides general information about money.
BillMeister is not a bank, payment provider, lender or financial adviser. We do not connect to your bank account and do not process payments.
Money Test outcomes and related tips support self-reflection. They are not a diagnosis or advice tailored to your personal circumstances. Decisions based on them remain your responsibility.
If you face serious money problems or debt, seek qualified help from your municipality or a recognised debt-support provider.
3. Your account
- Provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login details confidential and do not share your account.
- You are responsible for activity through your account.
- Report suspected misuse promptly to support@billmeister.com.
If you are under 16, you need permission from a parent or guardian before creating an account.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use BillMeister to:
- break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
- disrupt, overload or bypass the service or its infrastructure;
- collect data automatically without our written permission;
- copy or recreate content for a competing service;
- mislead, threaten or harm others.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Some parts of BillMeister may be free. Prices and conditions for paid features are shown before purchase and include VAT where applicable.
Consumers generally have a statutory fourteen-day withdrawal period unless they explicitly request immediate digital performance and acknowledge the applicable consequence for that right.
This website does not currently process payments.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service available and current but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, faults and changes may temporarily interrupt it.
The service is provided as available. Parts of BillMeister are still developing and may change or be withdrawn.
7. Intellectual property
The BillMeister name, branding, design, text, software and other materials belong to BillMeister B.V. or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute or reuse them without written permission.
Information you enter remains yours. You give us only the limited right to process it as needed to provide the service to you.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BillMeister is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or loss of data. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to intent or deliberate recklessness by BillMeister or where mandatory law prohibits the limitation. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Changes and termination
We may change these terms and the service. We will provide advance notice of material changes so you can decide whether to continue using BillMeister.
You can stop using BillMeister or delete your account at any time. We may end access after a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of Midden-Nederland unless mandatory law gives another court jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection available in your country of residence remains applicable.
Please contact us first if you have a complaint. Where an applicable out-of-court dispute procedure is available, you remain free to use it.
